Microsoft 365 Backup Solution



Backup solutions for Office 365 can be a very important part of your overall Office 365 strategy. You should have a plan in place for regularly backing up your data, including your Office 365 data, in case of a disaster. There are a number of different backup solutions that you can use to protect your Office 365 data. Here are a few options:

1. Office 365 backup and recovery. 
Office 365 backup and recovery is a feature that allows you to back up your Office 365 data and recover it if a disaster Strikes. This is a great option if you want to keep your data safe and easy to access in the event of a problem.

Microsoft office 365 have included backup solution using OneDrive PC Folder Backup. PC folder backup automatically syncs your Desktop, Documents and Pictures folders on your Windows PC to your OneDrive cloud storage. Your files and folders stay protected and are available from any device.
Back up your Documents, Pictures, and Desktop folders with OneDrive up to 5 GB storage . For Microsoft office 365 get more than 1 TB cloud storage backup.

OneDrive Backup helps you keep your files backed up, protected, and available on your other devices even if you lose your PC.

Look for the OneDrive cloud icon in the notification area. If you're not signed in, the cloud is gray. Select it and sign in with the Microsoft account you use for OneDrive.

When you're signed in, you'll see the white cloud. Select it, select More, and then Settings.

On the Backup tab, select Manage backup. Select the folders you want to back up, and select Start backup.

After File Backup is set up on your new PC, your files will be right there in the OneDrive folder in File Explorer.

All the files you save to those folders will stay backed up and protected with OneDrive.

Set up PC folder backup

  1. If you're prompted to back up your important folders (Desktop, Documents, and Pictures), select the prompt to start the folder backup wizard.

    If you didn't see the prompt or you already closed the wizard, select the white or blue cloud icon in the Windows notification area, and then select OneDrive Help and Settings iconHelp & Settings > Settings, then Backup > Manage backup.

2. In the Back up your folders dialog, make sure the folders that you want to back up are selected.

3. Select Start backup.


4. You can close the dialog box while your files sync to OneDrive. Or, to watch your files sync, select View upload progress. If you already closed the dialog, to open the OneDrive activity center, select the white or blue cloud in the notification area.


Access your backed up folders on any device

When your files finish syncing to OneDrive, they're backed up and you can access them from anywhere in Documents, Desktop, or Pictures. When you back up your Desktop folder, the items on your desktop roam with you to your other PC desktops where you're running OneDrive.

You can back up a maximum of 5 GB of files in OneDrive for free, or up to 1 TB with a Microsoft 365 subscription.

It is need a computer as a Server, several computer/notebook as clients , printer with wifi , fotocopy machine with wifi and also  router,modem, and WiFi card, also free Operating system and free office suites and other free business software for HR, Finance,ERP, CRM you can get from free open source packages. In this design and building small office network we will designing The SOHO (Small Office Home Office) with 12- 20 Employee or user and can be upgraded to more user.



As in digital business era, small office or home office be required using computer and printer for easy correspondence inside and outside office to contact another company, or customer, making letter, report, and electronic mail etc.
This also required computer Network for sharing Printer and another Network Equipment for low cost.

As we know open sources is community of developer and provide many option of software that can be used for building small office or home office with small business that can reduce cost for providing Network in his/her office with quality same as, and more than  others software that must be paid.

For this reason it needs education for The office owner and IT Team , also employees who using this advantage of open source for daily activity in office.
